Our designs are protected by law. Our digital files are NEVER for resale or sharing. You may only sell prints of our downloads with our Written Consent.

We want this to be a good experience for everyone involved, especially consumers. We reserve the right to revoke Written Consent and/or Commercial Use Profiles as we see fit.

Written Consent

Active Premium Patron members of patreon.com/kelsam are allowed to sell physical products made from our Premium Patron designs on any platform, at any price. These products must NOT include our digital files. Sold items must include a copy of your Authorized Seller Card.

Customize and download your Authorized Seller Card from your Commercial Use Profile.

Many of our Free designs include 3rd-party IP. To sell physical products based on those designs you'll need authorization from their IP holders. Rule of thumb: if you don't see a Patreon logo on the button you downloaded design files from, you probably need some third party's permission to sell it. For example: on our World of WarCraft The Board Game insert, you could sell prints of the insert with just our Written Consent, but you'd need to reach out to Fantasy Flight Games and/or Blizzard to sell prints of the stickers containing their IP. Feel free to message us to clarify details for any specific project.

Commercial Use Profile

If you add your store links to your Commercial Use Profile, we'll add them to the "Where to Buy" section on our project pages. This section is limited to 10 links. If there are less than 10, they'll all be shown in random order. Otherwise, 10 will be randomly selected to be shown on each project page load.
