Runebound Third Edition - Token Caster Companion App
last updated February 8th, 2024 — created November 3rd, 2019
Many players do not like using the tokens that come with the game instead of more traditional dice for combat. We don't mind the tokens themselves, but wanted a more random result for casting tokens. Thus, we created the Token Caster Companion App. Using this app you can manage and cast your hero's base tokens, any tokens you get from cards, and even enemy tokens. If desired, you can also use the the hearts in the bottom right to track hero and enemy health.
To make the cooperative and solo gameplay easier, there's a "quick switch" feature to swap between the enemy types and enemy Combat Board details show under the tokens. If you don't like those features, or aren't playing cooperatively or solo, you can hide them via the help menu.
Check out the in-app help section, by clicking the "?" button in the top right corner, for detailed instructions on its use.
